Step1:Prepare materials. Cut into tofu slices, green pepper slices, carrot slices and garlic slices.
Step2:Water for streaky pork, two pieces of ginger, one piece of onion and a little cooking wine. Boil for about 10 minutes first. Cut into large slices.
Step3:Put a little oil in the pot. Fry the streaky pork until it is scorched yellow. Put in onion, ginger, Pixian bean paste and white wine. Stir well and add a little sugar.
Step4:Add in the soy sauce, tofu, garlic sprouts, carrots and stir fry them to make them fragrant. Until carrots are soft. (there is only meat in the picture. After adding tofu and vegetables, I am busy stir frying. I forgot to take photos.)
Step5:Finally, add green pepper and turn off the heat. Put in a little chicken powder.
