Step1:Remove the scales and cut the fish into sections. Heat the oil. Put it in the oil pan and fry until golden. Take it out.
Step2:Put the fried fish into the pot and add water to cover the rain for about 2cm. Add onion and ginger. Cook for about 20 minutes.
Step3:Add tofu. Tofu should be sliced.
Step4:Then put in a little salt, olive oil and coriander.
