Step1:After preparing the ingredients, cut the tenderloin, carrot, soaked agaric, sharp pepper and scallion into shreds. Cut ginger and garlic.
Step2:Add some cooking wine, starch and salt (don't put too much salt. Pixian bean paste itself will be salty) to the cut sirloin and mix well. Marinate for about 10 minutes.
Step3:Pour proper amount of oil consumption, raw soy sauce, Pixian bean paste, vinegar and sugar into a clean bowl and stir them. Mix them according to your taste. Add more vinegar and sugar if you like sour and sweet taste
Step4:Heat the oil in the pot. Stir fry the onion, ginger and garlic. Add the marinated tenderloin and stir fry it when the flavor is fragrant. When the meat turns white, pour the prepared sauce into the pot, and then add the cut carrot, agaric and pepper shreds to stir fry
Step5:Add some starch and stir well, then make the final thickening, and you will be out of the pot.
