Step1:Sift the rice flour and glutinous rice flour into the plate. Mix well with sugar. Slowly add milk and stir. Grind the dough until the flour is like sand.
Step2:Sift the freshly mixed flour again. This time it's troublesome. Press the Flour Sifter by hand. The sifted flour can't be pressed.
Step3:Use a spoon to put the sifted full marks into the mould to fill it up a little. Then, use a spoon to gently scrape to make the flour smooth. Remember, never press the flour.
Step4:Steam in a steamer for 25 minutes. Because we use different molds, so the time of steaming is different. I think we can use a spoon to gently dial a bunch of flour. It is elastic. The powder is not loose.
