It's said to eat dumplings and drink mutton soup at the winter solstice. I can't make mutton soup because of the total reasons such as having wedding wine and working overtime. So, make a steamed dumpling to meet the occasion. Dumpling stuffing is still my favorite pork and leek stuffing. I added two thick soup treasures to the stuffing. It's delicious.
Step1:Seven thin and three fat pork, with three pieces of ginger, minced into pork stuffin
Step2:Put the soup in a bowl. Heat in the microwave for 20 seconds
Step3:Put the thick soup treasure into the meat stuffing
Step4:Mix the other condiments in the auxiliary materials evenly
Step5:Remove the old leaves from the leeks, wash them, drain the water, cut into pieces of leeks, wash the 4 pieces of leeks, cut into pieces of leeks, mix with the pieces of leeks
Step6:Mix the chopped leek with the minced meat
Step7:Put the dumpling skin in the palm. Pick up the dumpling filling. Fold the dumpling skin into half circle shape and then into crescent shape
Step8:When placing the wrapped dumplings, they should be separated to avoid adhesion
Step9:Brush a layer of vegetable oil on the steamer. Put the dumplings on top. Leave some space between the dumplings to avoid adhesion. Because it's the dumplings we make together. The shapes are various. The crescent is my bag/~~~
Step10:Put the hot water in the pot. Steam for 8 minutes after boiling
Step11:Hot steamed dumplings on the pot
Step12:When you eat it, you can mix some dips. It's also delicious to eat directly.
