It's said to eat dumplings and drink mutton soup at the winter solstice. I can't make mutton soup because of the total reasons such as having wedding wine and working overtime. So, make a steamed dumpling to meet the occasion. Dumpling stuffing is still my favorite pork and leek stuffing. I added two thick soup treasures to the stuffing. It's delicious.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Seven thin and three fat pork, with three pieces of ginger, minced into pork stuffin

  2. Step2:Put the soup in a bowl. Heat in the microwave for 20 seconds

  3. Step3:Put the thick soup treasure into the meat stuffing

  4. Step4:Mix the other condiments in the auxiliary materials evenly

  5. Step5:Remove the old leaves from the leeks, wash them, drain the water, cut into pieces of leeks, wash the 4 pieces of leeks, cut into pieces of leeks, mix with the pieces of leeks

  6. Step6:Mix the chopped leek with the minced meat
