Step1:Chengfen. Starch. A little add boiling water. Stir. (the ratio of clarified powder and starch is 100-20. I used 200g of clarified powder. 40g of starch
Step2:Knead the noodles with your hands. Add some cooking oil during the period. Wrap them in plastic bags. Set aside.
Step3:Carrot. Onion. Ginger. Cut well. Spare.

Step6:Pour all the ingredients together. Add cooking oil (a little more). Salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, pepper noodles and soy sauce.

Step8:Rub the wake-up noodles into long strips. Cut them into the same size.
Step9:Press the dough with a knife. Apply cooking oil on the back and panel of the knife. Don't make the dough too thin. When wrapping, don't make too much stuffing. The dough doesn't have much elasticity and is easy to break.
Step10:Wrap the dumplings. Steam them in a pot. Let's breathe for 5 minutes. Keep them stuffy for 2 minutes. That's OK.
