Spareribs are one of my favorite meats. Braised, sweet and sour, dry fried or steamed. I don't want them all. But braised pork is my favorite. Today, I make a stewed mushroom with spareribs. It's stewed. In fact, it's still braised. It's just adding some mushrooms. The fresh flavor of spareribs and the fat of mushrooms. It's appetizing. I can't stop eating.
Step1:Wash the pork chops with warm water. Soak the mushrooms an hour in advanc
Step2:Put the spareribs into the pot and blanch them. Boil them for three minutes, take them out and rinse them. Drain the water for later use.
Step3:Put the oil in the hot pot. When the oil is 70% hot, add the ginger slices and the star anise to explode.
Step4:Fry the spareribs until the color changes, then stir fry the raw sauce and the old sauce and add the color.
Step5:Pour in cooking wine, stir fry and add in hot water. Put in the mushrooms, dried peppers, garlic, scallion knots, sugar, and simmer for 50 minutes. I can't carve the mushroom with my flower knife. I made a cross with my knife at the top. This way, the mushroom can taste better.
Step6:At about the same time, add salt to make it taste better. But taste the salt and put it in again. Because there is already a salty taste between the raw and the old soy sauce. Collect the juice over high heat. Put some chicken essence and stir well before leaving the pot.
Step7:Put the shiitake mushroom in the casserole. Add a piece of coriander to decorate it. Serve it on the table and enjoy it. Shiitake mushroom absorbs the delicious meat juice. It's very delicious. Of course, the best thing to eat is the ribs.
