A simple way to get the original taste of loofah
Step1:A large loofah. Peel and wash. Cut into thick slices about 4_ 5mm。
Step2:Prepare scallion, ginger, garlic and chilli sections. If you like spicy food, you can put more. If you don't like it, you can put no chilli
Step3:Add the normal amount of oil in the pot. Heat the oil, pour in the cut loofah and stir fry for several times. Add some salt, a little bit of thirteen spices. Continue to stir fry until the color changes a little. Add in onion, ginger, garlic and chilli and stir fry until the loofah is ripe.
Cooking tips:Do not add water in the process of stir frying loofah. The loofah will come out of the water after it is installed in a plate. Don't fry loofah too soft. It will ripen if it changes color. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
