Cooking tips:Jellyfish can't be boiled for a long time. Generally, it can't be boiled for more than 8 seconds. If boiled for a long time, jellyfish will shrink a lot. Or turn the water on and off. Dip the jellyfish in boiling water and scoop it up. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
