A very easy to make cream bun to share with you. It's a bun with cream and milk. It's a good choice for breakfast and afternoon tea.
Step1:First put the cream, milk and eggs in the bread bucket. I use the native eggs. One is just 40 grams.
Step2:Then put in the flour. Put salt and sugar on the diagonals on both sides. Dig a small pit in the middle and put yeast on it. Use the flour program. It took me half an hour.
Step3:This is a dough. It doesn't need to pull out the glove film. You can pull out a large film. Take out the whole circle from the bread machine and put it back.
Step4:The toaster starts the fermentation process for an hour. Dip some flour with your finger and poke it. No retraction or collapse means the fermentation is completed.
Step5:After exhausting, divide into 25 parts. Put them in the oven for 1 hour. The temperature is 38C. Put a bowl of warm water under the baking tray.
Step6:Fermentation is finished. Brush a layer of yolk liquid. Sprinkle with black sesame. Bake for 20 minutes at 170 degrees.
Step7:The delicious bread is out of the oven.
Step8:It's a small bread full of milk. It doesn't need filling. It's very delicious.
