Step7:Turn over the fish head. Heat water, salt and soy sauce to taste.
Step8:Boil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Step9:Pour into the hot pot. Keep heating.
Step10:Cook until the mushrooms are ripe. The tofu will taste good.
Cooking tips:I use a small hot pot for burning alcohol. If you don't have one, you can use an induction cooker. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
