Step1:Prepare materials.
Step2:Peel and slice lotus root.
Step3:Boiled lotus root slices. Take them out for use.
Step4:Mix 1 teaspoon old soy sauce, 2 teaspoons white vinegar, 3 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon chicken essence and 1 teaspoon salt into sweet and sour juice.
Step5:Heat the oil and stir fry the lotus root slices. Add the sweet and sour juice.
Step6:Add water to the starch. Stir well and pour into the pot.
Step7:Add chopped green onion. Heat to collect juice.
