Sauerkraut fish is a classic Sichuan dish from Chongqing. It is famous for its unique seasoning and cooking techniques. It is also called sauerkraut fish all over the country. Step11:Put a small amount of oil in the pot. Add ginger, garlic, pickled peppers and stir fry until fragrant.
Step12:Stir fry ginger, garlic and pickled peppers. Pour in pickled vegetables. Continue to stir fry.
Step13:Stir fry pickles to taste. Pour in fish soup. Add some salt, sugar, chicken powder, pepper, white vinegar and bring to a boil.
Step14:Bring the soup to a boil. Pour in the marinated fillet. Cook for about 2 minutes.
