My husband talked about how tempting the seafood porridge made by my colleagues for more than half a month. It's rare that I don't have to travel around on weekends. I go to the market to buy seafood when I wake up naturally. I cook a pot of warm seafood porridge to satisfy my husband's stomach.
Step1:Two sea crabs. Let the store handle them when you buy them at the market. Wash them with water and put them on plates when you go home.
Step2:Rinse scallops with water.
Step3:Half of the prawns must be washed.
Step4:In the electric rice cooker, add rice and scallops to cook porridge. After rice is boiled and blossomed, add the processed shrimp, crab and ginger shreds.
Step5:Cook for another 20 minutes, then add the celery that has been cut into small pieces. Add some salt. Boil again.
Step6:Add in the green onion after serving.
