Step10:Stew until the chicken is mature. Taste the soup. If it's salty enough, you don't need to add salt. If not, add a little salt. Add celery and pepper ring and stir fry until mature. Sprinkle chicken essence and white pepper to start the pot. Sprinkle some chives to be eaten.

Cooking tips:1. Because the minced peppers have salt and the chicken has been salted in advance, you should taste the soup before starting the pot and decide whether to put salt or not. 2. It's not braised food. So don't add more soy sauce. Just a little color. 3. This dish is actually a soup dish. So add more water. There is more soup in the bowl after the dishes are finished. 4.
