Step1:Soak spareribs in water for 30 minutes.

Step7:Then put 5 tablespoons of vinegar. The larger the spoon, the vinegar will not be sour if it volatilizes. Stir fry for a while.
Step8:Pour boiling water over the ribs. Cover and heat for 30 minutes, then add 1 tablespoon salt. I added boiling water twice in the middle, so that the crispy bone can be eaten after the soup is collected.
