Step7:Directly use the frying pot and oil of matsutake to put in the steak. Fry for 30 seconds on both sides in a hurry. Quickly lock the juice. Then turn down the heat. Master the frying time according to your own needs.
Step8:After frying, put the steak on the matsutake. Pour the sauce on it. OK. Then put the plate with your favorite vegetables and shapes.
Cooking tips:The vegetables on the plate should be boiled or fried. Western food is different from Chinese food. All the vegetables on the plate can be eaten. The degree of the mashed potato should be good. It will affect the taste if it is dry. It can't be shaped if it is thin. When making sauces, if there is a cooking machine that can break them all, it saves the filtering process. But I don't think it's as good-looking as this. It's OK to do whatever you want. It doesn't affect the taste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
