Step1:Shred lean meat. Marinate with cooking wine, ginger, soy sauce and salt for 10 minutes.

Step3:Start the oil pan. Turn off the heat after the oil is hot. Put in the shredded meat. Stir well and contact with the oil, and then stir again (this is a method taught by my mother to prevent the shredded meat from sticking to the pan. It's very effective). Stir fry the shredded meat and put it out for use.
Step4:Keep the bottom oil. Heat the oil, add the millet pepper and scallion, stir fry. Then add the apricot and abalone mushroom, stir fry.
Step5:Add shredded green pepper. Continue to stir fry.
Step6:Add the fried shredded meat. Stir for a while. Add some sugar, salt and chicken essence before leaving the pot. Stir evenly and leave the pot.
Cooking tips:I don't like spicy relatives. I can make delicious dishes without millet pepper.
