Step1:Prawn wash and drain for us
Step2:Cut the scallion, garlic and ginger. Break up the dried pepper and cinnamon. Tear the fragrant leaves into small pieces
Step3:Put in soybean oil after the pot is heated. Wait for the smoke on the oil surface to come out
Step4:Pour in prawns and stir fry them. When the prawns change color, fish them for later use (it's better to pour them out of the pot together here, because the soup is very fresh after the prawns are fried. It will be used when the prawns are braised later
Step5:Add a little more soybean oil to the pot and heat it up. First put in the onion, ginger and garlic to make it fragrant. Then pour in three spoonfuls of bean paste and a little bit of hot pot seasoning (mainly because there is still a little bit of seasoning left at home for fear of waste). Stir fry and then pour in the prepared dried pepper and spices
Step6:Then pour in the shrimps that have been oiled before. Cover with medium heat and simmer for three minutes. Then stir fry for 15 seconds. Pour in starch and thicken
Step7:Sprinkle the cilantro section before leaving the pot. Stir slightly and evenly. Leave the pot to finish.
