It's the most healthy dish to steam. No loss of nutrition. No greasiness. No lampblack.
Step1:Wash the long eggplant, remove the roots, cut and connect the blades. Put a pair of chopsticks on both sides of the eggplant. You won't worry about cutting.
Step2:Add salt to the meat stuffing, soy sauce, pepper powder and ginger powder (because my son doesn't like ginger, so I peel the ginger and add water, and beat it into juice with the cooking machine) and stir it vigorously.
Step3:Put the meat stuffing between each piece of eggplant. Put it on a plate (the plate should be a little deep. Eggplant will steam out the soup). Steam it for 20 minutes on the high heat. Because the eggplant I bought is bigger, so I steam it a little longer. Usually it's only 15 minutes.
Step4:Pour the soup into the hot pot. Thicken with a small amount of water starch. Pour in a few drops of sesame oil. Pour over the eggplant. It's perfect. I want to praise myself.
