Cooking tips:It's not easy to make a good dough when it's hot and easy to operate. So you can put the dough in a warm and humid environment. It's said in many recipes that the back of a knife should be used to pat the dough. I tried it. Actually, it's convenient to press the dough with the palm. Press the dough as thick as you want until you press the shape and thickness as you want. If you think the dough is too dry, you can dip a little water on your hand. (there's no fat at home. It's replaced by chicken oil. So the steamed chicken oil is a little yellow.) there are skills in making delicious dishes.
