Step1:Add water to the pot and boil. Slice the cleaned radish while boiling. Dice the tofu and dice the green onion and ginger. Boil the water, put the radish slices into the water, and pull out to cool. Cut and wrap with clean gauze to remove the water.
Step2:Put the dried radish into the bean curd with scallion and ginger. Add the five flavor powder, salt, chicken essence and edible oil and mix well.
Step3:Put a proper amount of flour into another basin. Add salt water to the flour. Do not add too much at a time. Mix the flour until it is soft and hard. Knead the mixed wet flour into a smooth dough and wrap it with plastic wrap for 30 minutes.
Step4:Sprinkle a small amount of dry flour on the chopping board to prevent the dough from sticking. Come down and knead the dough. Make it into a round strip and cut it into small dosage pieces.
Step5:Roll each small preparation into a thick one in the middle and a thin circle around to pack the stuffing. Knead each beautiful dumpling.
Step6:When the water is boiled, put the dumplings in. Push the dumplings gently with the spoon to prevent them from sticking to the bottom. When the water is boiled twice, the dumplings will be cooked. Put the dumplings into a plate.
