Everyone knows that the iron supplement food is the pig liver with fever. If the baby has iron deficiency anemia, the general doctors will advise the baby to eat some animal liver and red meat properly.
Step1:Prepare the ingredients. Pig liver must be fresh. But a big piece of baby can't eat it. The whole family will eat pig liver together~
Step2:Rinse the liver a little. Then slice it.
Step3:Then wash the sliced pig liver with running water several times. Rinse off part of the blood.
Step4:After washing, soak in lemon slices and ginger slices for half an hour. If the time is enough, it can be soaked for 1 hour. During this period, change the water every 10 minutes.
Step5:Soak well. Rinse again. Take out part of the baby's food. Then put in scallion and ginger. Pour in some baby soy sauce (not added in 1 year old). Add some starch and shake well. Marinate for 20 minutes.
Step6:When marinating pig liver, you can deal with other vegetables. Blanch the tomatoes and peel them (or peel them if you like). Then chop half of the tomatoes.
Step7:Use the microwave to sting the pea for 30s. Then tear a small hole in the pea skin. Then the pea inside will be squeezed out. It's best to peel off the pea for the first time, because the pea skin is not easy for the baby to digest. If there's something that can't be opened, go back to Ding for 30s.
Step8:Well, my mother's pickling peas. I've pickled the pork liver. Then prepare a pot of water. If you blanch the pig liver in cold water, there will be a lot of froth when the water is boiled. Then pull out the pig liver. Rinse the froth with warm water. Be sure to use warm water, or the liver will harden easily.
Step9:Cut the pig liver to a particle size acceptable to the baby.
Step10:On the wok. Preheat the pot first. Then pour in a small amount of baby oil. When the oil temperature is about 60%, put in tomato chips. Stir fry for several times.
Step11:Then pour in the pork liver and peas in turn and continue to stir fry.
Step12:Pour in rice and stir well.
Step13:Stir well and add some water. Cover and simmer.
Step14:When there is still some soup, pour in some baby salt (please ignore this step for babies under 1 year old). Stir well. Continue to cover and simmer until the soup is dry.
Step15:It's a very good pig liver rice. It's not fishy at all. And it's good for iron.
