First of all, it introduces the ingredients: 300g mutton (boneless), 1 carrot, 1 / 2 onion, 1 potato, 1 ginger, 10g oyster sauce, 2 onions, 5g cooking wine and 5g raw soy sauce. -
Step1:Processing ingredients - carrots, onions, lamb, potatoes diced. Shred ginger and set aside. (the mutton is soaked in clear water before cutting. It also has the function of deodorization.
Step2:Marinate mutton - because the mutton here is not boiled, it should be marinated to remove the fishy smell. Put the cut mutton into a bowl. Add ginger, cooking wine, salt and soy sauce, mix and marinate for 20 minutes.
Step3:Clean up the oil. Add the onion and stir fry.
Step4:Add the marinated mutton and stir fry.
Step5:Add carrots and continue to fry.
Step6:Add potatoes.
Step7:Stir fry well and add in soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt to taste (the flavor is slightly heavier, because it will be cooked with rice later
Step8:Stir evenly, and you will be out of the pot.
Step9:Put the fried vegetables into the electric rice cooker. Cover the rice on the top and add some water to start cooking (the water amount depends on the electric rice cooker and the water absorption of the rice).
Step10:Mix the cooked rice well. Sprinkle with scallion and you can eat it.
