I saw this dish on wechat (milk and Alice). I learned to make it first and found it delicious. I'll share it with you in bean and fruit. Good things. Right. And I said it in the tip. Step1:Boil the ribs for 5 minutes. Remove.
Step2:Stir fry the scallion, ginger, garlic and anise in the hot oil. Toss the spareribs in and stir for a while. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and dried mum and stir well
Step3:Add in the beans, carrot, potato and spareribs and stir well. Pour in hot water. Cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step4:Open the lid in 20 minutes. Spread the noodles on the side dishes. No need to stir. Then cover the pot. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step5:Don't open the lid too often during this period. Otherwise, the noodles won't be easy to stew when the steam runs off. Also pay attention to the soup in the pot and never boil it dry.
