I love to eat sheep scorpion, especially this season. My family is sitting around and eating a pot of hot sheep scorpion. It's so enjoyable. I made this stew by myself. I added some Chinese herbs to it. It's fragrant and digestible. It's small in quantity. It's not strong in taste. If you don't like it, you don't need to put it. Just put the general seasoning
Step1:Wash and soak the scorpion in water for two hour
Step2:All spices are packed in a disposable seasoning bag. It's easy to remove
Step3:Put the soaked scorpion into the cold water pot. Add ginger slices and rice wine to cook together. After blanching, take out the scorpion and wash it with water
Step4:In another pot, put oil in the pot. Heat the oil and stir fry the onion and coriander to make it fragrant. When the onion and coriander become soft and brown, you can fish them out. Only leave the oil in the pot
Step5:Add in the scorpion and stir fry. Add in the onion, ginger, garlic, crystal sugar, soy sauce and stir fry for color
Step6:Put the roasted sheep scorpion and the soup into the electric rice pot. Add the stock. I use the stewed spareribs soup. If there is no stock, use boiled water. The water amount is less than the ingredients. Add the spice bag, onion and ginger slices
Step7:Stew for an hour and a half. Season with salt and pepper
Step8:Sweet drool.
Step9:After eating the meat, you can make the hot pot bottom with the stewed soup left. It's also great to rinse some vegetables
Step10:I'm greedy.
Cooking tips:Friends who like spicy food can add dried peppers to the seasoning to make dishes delicious.
