I can't forget the moist, soft and delicate taste of Starbucks chocolate muffin. I can do it myself when I go home.
Step1:Add the dark chocolate and vegetable oil to the bowl. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Mix the melted chocolate and vegetable oil slowly. Do not stir vigorously. Move gently. The melted chocolate liquid will be very bright.
Step2:Add white sugar to the eggs. Beat until smoot
Step3:Mix the batter with chocolat
Step4:Then add the milk. Mix well.
Step5:Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Add to the liquid. Mix well.
Step6:The mixture should be thick and shiny.
Step7:Split the batter in a paper holder mold. Put the baking chocolate on the surface. I used a medium-sized muffin mold.
Step8:Bake for 18 minutes in a 180 degree preheated oven.
Cooking tips:1. The powder materials must be screened. Otherwise, there will be small pimples. 2. It's the most convenient way to scoop the batter with ice cream scoop. Each mould can be filled up to seven or eight points. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
