Step1:Prepare the suitable meat filling.
Step2:Add chopped shiitake mushroom, scallion and diced ginger. Add oil, salt, Weishida soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil.
Step3:Add two teaspoons of starch. Stir well.
Step4:Put some oil in the pot. After heating, put the meat into four balls of the same size and put them into the oil pot.
Step5:Fry it to a golden color.
Step6:Add a proper amount of base oil in another oil pan. Heat it up, add chopped green onion and ginger, stir fry it. Pour in a proper amount of water, add soy sauce, and stew the balls in low heat for about 15 minutes.
Step7:Take out the balls. Put the remaining soup into the water starch and thicken it.
Step8:Pour the sauce on the balls.
