2016 ended in busyness. Although busy, I felt extremely full and happy. Am I too greedy? ~[bean curd, ham and meatball] it's cooked by steaming, and then drenched with super light salt soy sauce ~ ~ it's light and delicious, healthy and nutritious ~ a few days before New Year's Eve every year, parents will fry many meatballs. There are glutinous rice balls and tofu balls. Glutinous rice balls are sweet. Tofu balls are naturally salty. The fried balls are in big Shau Kei's hands. The ones just fried are hot. We can eat a lot. When it's cold, you can fry it again. Usually you can serve it as a dish. Now we are all grown up. New Year's day. But I feel that it's a lot less delicious. Mom and dad are not around. Meatballs are not happy to explode. No more bacon. No firecrackers
Step1:Prepare the ingredients - old tofu, scallion and ham, wash them separately; prepare the soup and soy sauce; due to the limitation of taking photos, the soup is only prepared in a small bow
Step2:Mash tofu with a spoon; chop ham and scallion
Step3:Mix tofu and ham, then stir in chopped green onion, salt, white pepper and starc
Step4:Make tofu into small balls of uniform size. Put them into a steaming bowl
Step5:In the boiling pot, pour in the high soup to boil. Then put in the balls. Steam over medium heat for about 20 minutes
Step6:Pour out the super light salt soy sauce
Step7:Take out the steamed balls
