In fact, I should wash the pot and pour some oil again. Because there's sugar in it. It'll be a little mushy.
Step7:Pour in the oil again. After the oil is hot, put in the onion, ginger and garlic, stir fry to produce the fragrance. Then put in the bean paste and the old Ganma, stir fry to produce the red oil. Finally put in the prickly ash, Xiangye, cinnamon and star anise.
Step8:Pour in the chicken and continue to stir fry. Then put in salt, cooking wine, beer, soy sauce. Finally, pour the water with spicy skin into the pot. The water should overflow the chicken. A little more. Then put in the potatoes. You can add some green pepper.
Step9:Cover the pot and turn to a low heat. Until the chicken is cooked thoroughly, the potatoes will be ready to melt when you eat them. The juice from the fire has been drenched with sesame oil.
Step10:It can be served with rice. It's better to serve with Xinjiang's trouser belt noodles. I can't make noodles, so I didn't write about it. Stir in the cooked noodles.
