Step1:Cut the fat and lean meat separately. Prepare the ginger powder.

Step6:Then pour in the lean meat and stir fry for two or three minutes (the oil is transparent. It is proved that there is no water). Pour in all the oil in the bowl. Heat for more than 10 minutes. Add salt (heavy). Pour in Qishan vinegar (this is key). Stew for 35 minutes.
Step7:The oil becomes clear. Add chili noodles after transparent. Stew for three minutes under the cover of a small pot.
Step8:Open the lid of the pot. Put it out in a minute.
