Cooking tips:1. The beef slices are the original cut breast meat. They can be replaced by pork, fat beef rolls, etc.; 2 eggs. Each weight is 60g before the shell is removed; the breadcrumb can be replaced by the commercially available ones. They can also be made by ourselves.
