I've heard about the name of Scottish eggs for a long time. I've only started to make them once. Under the improvement, we use the beef slice stock in the refrigerator. Step1:Prepare and weigh the ingredients. Put corn starch and bread bran in a flat plate for standby. The picture shows the frozen and unfrozen beef slices, eggs, buckwheat rice and black pepper steak sauce in advance.
Step2:Put the cleaned eggs in the small milk pot, add the water in the small half pot, cover with the lid and heat to start cooking. After the water is boiled, continue cooking for about 810 minutes.
Step3:When cooking eggs, deal with beef slices. Cut or cut the beef slices into small pieces.
Step4:Put small pieces of beef into the mincer. Add black pepper steak sauce.

Step9:Wear disposable gloves for the following operation - shell the eggs and roll them in cornstarch for several times. Make the surface evenly stained with cornstarch.
Step10:Take half of the beef, buckwheat and rice mixture. Flatten it. Make a small nest in the middle. The middle is low and the surrounding is high.
Step11:Put the egg stained with corn starch in the middle. Push the beef rice ball to the end with both hands. Rub it round.
Step12:Rub the round rice balls of Scotch eggs. Put them in the breadcrumbs. Roll them a few times to make the surface evenly stained with the breadcrumbs.
Step13:Brush a little cooking oil in the frying basket of the air fryer. Preheat it. 200 ℃. 5 minutes.
Step14:Warm up. Put the Scotch rice balls in the frying basket. Bake for 1520 minutes at 200 degrees. Remove the dish after baking.
Step15:The strawberry is washed quickly by running water. The kitchen paper towel absorbs the surface water. Cut it in half. Peel the melon. Slice it. Place it next to the Scotch omelet. Squeeze the salad dressing.

Cooking tips:1. The beef slices are the original cut breast meat. They can be replaced by pork, fat beef rolls, etc.; 2 eggs. Each weight is 60g before the shell is removed; the breadcrumb can be replaced by the commercially available ones. They can also be made by ourselves. Please refer to my recipe for homemade breadcrumb. 2. I like the egg yolk fully cooked. The cooking time is a little bit. I like the egg yolk slightly tender. Reduce the cooking time as appropriate. 3. If you don't have a meat grinder, you can chop the meat by hand. Use chopsticks to mix buckwheat, rice and other materials. 4.
