Step2:Soak the fungus in warm water. Soak the mushroom for 10 minutes and remove it. Slice the chili with a hob. Slice the ham. All are ready for use. As shown in the figure. Spare onion, ginger and garlic.
Step3:In the oil pan, add onion, ginger and garlic, stir fry slightly yellow, and pour in ham.
Step4:Then pour in the side dishes. Stir fry for 1 minute. Put in - seafood, soy sauce, oil, sugar and some salt in turn. Stir for several times, then put in a small amount of water. Boil.
Step5:Pour in the fried tofu, stir well, collect the juice, and you will be out of the pot. Don't take too long.

Cooking tips:When I collect the juice, i.e. stir fry it for a few times. The juice is gone. Don't take too long, or tofu will stick together. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
