Boiled fish
Step1:Kill the fish first, clean it. Separate the fish into two parts along the direction of the fish bone. Then use a blade to make the picture. Cut off the rest of the fish bone.
Step2:Marinate the fish meat and bones for 15 minutes respectively. (marinate with cooking wine, salt, white pepper and starch). Cut the mung bean sprouts for use.
Step3:Add water in the pot, put in onion and ginger and fish bone. Heat over medium heat for three minutes. Put in fish fillet until cooked. Spread mung bean sprouts on the bottom of the container. Pour in the whole pot of fish.
