Step1:Shred tripe. Put it on tin paper. Mix all ingredients and pour them on tripe. Chop garlic, ginger, Chaotianjiao and beef tripe with chopsticks.
Step2:Fold and seal the tin paper.
Step3:Tripe is cooked. It doesn't need to be roasted too long. It's only 180 ℃ and 15 minutes after the oven is preheated.
