Why do you make this dish? Because when I was lazy (- 3 ゝ) making tin paper fish (see the previous recipe), I slightly modified the tripe with the universal sauce of the fish. It was very simple and highly praised. Which step is the most troublesome. Maybe it's cutting tripe

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Shred tripe. Put it on tin paper. Mix all ingredients and pour them on tripe. Chop garlic, ginger, Chaotianjiao and beef tripe with chopsticks.
