This taste is my favorite from childhood. It's also my family's favorite. My family love eating zongzi very much. So every year, I'm looking forward to the Dragon Boat Festival coming soon. I remember when I was in college, my mother sent me zongzi from my hometown. I gave it to my classmates in the dormitory to eat together. The next year, when the Dragon Boat Festival came, everyone chased me and asked my family to send me zongzi. Ha ha. I've been proud for a long time.. OK. Let's get back to the point. Let's introduce the ingredients we need to make zongzi.
Step1:Wash all ingredients. Soak dried mushrooms and razor clams in boiling water.
Step2:Cut the meat into large pieces. Cut the mushrooms into strips. Marinate with wine, salt, soy sauce and a little sugar.
Step3:Glutinous rice, peanuts, a little alkaline noodles and even.
Step4:Start the package. Two zongzi leaves are folded together.

Step8:First, put some glutinous rice and peanuts, then some dried seafood, then some peeled mung beans, and then the delicious mushroom and meat filling.

Step19:The wrapped dumplings should be soaked in water for half a day before cooking. About 4 hours.
Step20:Dumplings soaked in water are easier to cook. It's OK not to soak. But it takes a little longer to cook. I cooked it in a pressure cooker for about 40 minutes.
Step21:The order of filling can be changed according to my preference. I personally like the feeling of layer by layer.
Cooking tips:1. Before we make zongzi, we don't make glutinous rice. After this kind of zongzi is cooked, it is very compact. The whole zongzi is very fragrant. 2. If you like salt a little, you can add a spoon of salt to the glutinous rice and wrap it evenly. 3. You can add chicken essence in the meat filling according to your preference. 4. After cooking, it can be stored in the freezer. When you want to eat it, take it out and steam it again. 5. Although it's delicious, it's not suitable to eat more. It's better not to eat for babies within three years old. If you really want to give your babies something to eat, you can replace glutinous rice with rice.
