I bought a jin of snails a few days ago. I took some of them to make snails kebabs. The rest of them were fried. I wanted to fry them. They were delicious. I feel that the wine and vegetables are very good now.
Step1:Clean the snail
Step2:Sliced ginger; sliced scallion and chili
