Step1:Wash and cook glutinous rice.
Step2:Wash the ingredients.
Step3:Chop up the washed ingredients. My ginger is chopped with the meat
Step4:Knead the flour with water to form a dough. Let stand for 20 minutes.
Step5:Roll the dough into strips. Cut into dough of moderate size.
Step6:Roll the dough into pancakes.
Step7:Add cooking oil to the pot. Mix the chopped ingredients with the cooked glutinous rice. Add some salt, soy sauce and cooking wine to taste.
Step8:Wrap it in a cloth bag. Put it on the steamer. It'll take 20 minutes.
