Doughnut is a kind of sweet food fried with flour, sugar, cream and eggs. Today we can make doughnuts in the oven. And they are still delicious.
Step1:Cut the butter into small pieces. Put it in the egg beating basin. Turn it into liquid state by separating the warm water. Put it aside for us

Step3:Add milk. Mix with hand beater. Add melted butter. Mix well
Step4:Sift in low gluten flour, almond powder and baking powder. Mix evenly (do not over Mix)

Step6:Put the batter into the mounting bag. Squeeze it into the mould until it is eight minutes full
Step7:The oven is powered on, and the temperature is adjusted to 170 ℃. Preheat for 5 minutes; then put the cake paste into the middle layer of the oven, and bake for 25 minutes (I use the Jiuyang electric oven 35i6. I need to adjust the temperature time of my own oven)
Step8:After baking, demoulding and cooling can be used directly or decorated.

Step10:When you melt the dark chocolate, you put in some water. The dark chocolate thickens. The doughnut is not good-looking. Just cover it with colored sugar
