Step5:Take the non stick pan and brush it evenly.
Step6:Medium and small fire. Put the hairtail in clockwise direction (so as to remember the order of frying and avoid frying). Don't turn the hairtail for about 30 seconds (depending on the temperature and size of the hairtail).
Step7:When frying two golden yellow sides, take them out and put them on the oil absorption paper.
Step8:After frying, pour the sauce into the pot again and spread it. Pour the sauce into the pan evenly. Stir slightly. Let the hairtail wrap in sauce evenly. Can be out of the pot.
