Mom's recipe. This is one of my favorite mom's snacks.
Step1:This is the whole family of materials for making dough. I like to use rich flour for making Chinese pastry, because it will not be particularly white. Its ingredients are only wheat flour.
Step2:I use the bread machine to knead the flour. Put 2 eggs, 400g milk, 800g flour and 5g yeast into the bread machine for 20 minutes to knead. The dough is fermented for 50 minutes. If you knead it by hand, you can cover it with plastic film and ferment it when you knead it for three times. It's enough to make it twice as big.
Step3:It's board paste. I bought five Jin of it today and it doesn't have much oil residue. So don't buy this special white one. It has a lot of oil but not much oil residue. If you buy fat meat, you must peel it. Otherwise, you can't bite it after frying.
Step4:There is a pot of lard fried here. Nowadays people pay attention to healthy life and have begun to abandon lard. In fact, some dishes will taste better with lard.
Step5:When making the oil residue, prepare the onion. Cut the onion into pieces.
Step6:Fried oil dregs. Cut up the fried oil dregs and put them into the pot to fry. If you eat chili, put some chili powder. My girl wants to eat so she doesn't put chili. Stir fry the oil residue to make it fragrant. Put salt in the oil and light soy sauce. Then put the chives and turn off the heat to make it out of the pot.
Step7:Take out half of the fermented dough and roll the thin skin with a rolling pin.
Step8:Spread the fried oil dregs on the top.
Step9:Roll up the dough. Put the oil dregs in it.

Step11:Cut it into small pieces.
Step12:Take a chopstick and put some oil on it to prevent sticking. Press hard from the middle of the dough to the bottom.
Step13:Stretch the dough. Just connect the two heads together
Step14:Put the shaped rolls in the pot. Wake up for 20 minutes, steam for 20 minutes, steam for 5 minutes, and then open the pot. You can eat oil instead of being greasy. Fragrant oil dregs roll
