Take a bite of your own ice cream. It's cool and comfortable. It's delicious. Don't be afraid of extra additives. Be safe.
Step1:Put egg yolk, cocoa powder and sugar into a basin.
Step2:Whisk with a beater at high speed. The color is white and sticky.
Step3:Take another pot. Pour pure milk into it. Heat over low heat until slightly open.
Step4:Pour the heated pure milk into the mixed cocoa paste in several times. Note - stir while pouring. Do not pour all at once.
Step5:Pour the mixed liquid back into the basin. Cook it over a small fire until it is slightly open again. Then pour it into a container that can be put into the refrigerator freezer. Cool it and refrigerate it. Stir it every two or three hours to prevent ice slag.
Step6:I did it the first day. I took it out the next day.
Cooking tips:Reduce the minimum heat. No cream added. So stir it several times to prevent ice dregs. When pouring the milk, stir it several times. Do not pour it all at once. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
