Step5:Pour in the prawns. Start frying. Fry until one side turns red and yellow. You can see the oil quantity. Just like every prawn is in the oil. The oil quantity is not much.
Step6:Turn over and fry the other side. Let the shrimps turn red on both sides.
Step7:Start with the right amount of salt (about 2 g · 3 G). Add the right amount of sugar. Finally, add the right amount of water. The water volume is just no more than that of prawns. Salt and sugar amount. According to your taste. Like sweet. Just a little more sugar. Like salty, just a little more salt. It's better to add a little. Try it and decide whether to add it.
Step8:Cover the pot. Bring it to a boil. Turn it to a low heat and simmer for about ten minutes. Then turn it to a high heat and collect the juice. I want some soup. Rice is the best.
Step9:Look at the rice with shrimp oil. It's delicious.
