Step1:Sliced hairtail. Marinate with ginger, salt and cooking wine for 30 minutes.

Step3:Heat up the oil in the pan. Fry the hairtail until golden on both sides.
Step4:Put the fried section of hairtail into the plate. Stir fry the scallion, ginger, garlic and chopped peppers together. Pour them on the plate.
