Step1:Get the ingredients ready.
Step2:Add some oil into the frying pan. Add the chicken pieces and stir fry when the oil is cooked.
Step3:Stir fry chicken until it changes color. Add ginger and pepper and stir again.
Step4:Add raw, old and salt, stir fry and color.
Step5:Pour in the stew. Add potatoes, carrots and mushrooms. Add hot water to the chicken. Add cooking wine and sugar to taste. Boil over high heat. Turn to medium heat for 20 minutes.
Step6:Stir fry with green pepper until it's broken.
Step7:Add lettuce. Scald.
Step8:Enjoy the delicious food.
Cooking tips:1. Stewed chicken with rice is super delicious. 2. If you like garlic, you can also add garlic when you add ginger and pepper. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
