Bergishwaff is a German traditional waff. With all kinds of jam and cream, it must be the main character of the weekend afternoon tea. What happens when waffle meets farov fluff marshmallow? Apply the farov marshmallow directly on the waffle. Replace the traditional cream. Match with cherry jam. The flavor is more unique. The taste is just like the beautiful scenery of baijishi, its birthplace. It's like a breeze blowing on the Rhine River. It's fresh and gentle.
Step1:Soften butter and pour into container. Add sugar.
Step2:Mix butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Step3:First add the egg liquid into the sugar oil mixture in several times. Stir well. Then mix in low gluten flour, baking powder, milk and honey. Mix well.
Step4:Pour the batter into the mold and scrape it flat. I can make three. I can make four if I make it thinner.
