Step6:Pour the final mixture of step 4 into the rice cooker. Turn on the cooking mode.
Step7:The electric rice cooker will trip every 2 minutes. After tripping, press it to the cooking mode every 3 minutes. Repeat 34 times. Insert the chopsticks into the cake. If there is no viscous substance, the cooker can be discharged.
Step8:The lower layer is cheese like, and the upper layer is soft. It can be decorated with coconut slices, cherries, etc.
Cooking tips:1. It is time-consuming and labor-consuming to manually pass the egg white. It can be replaced by an electric beater. 2. The friend who likes to eat the top soft cake may add more flour as the case may be. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
