Scone is a traditional British afternoon tea. My recipe is made of biscuit type, i.e. low flour and baking powder version. Today it's a bread type. High flour and yeast version. I prefer this bread type. It's more soft.
Step1:Add salt, sugar, butter to the flour. Open with salt and sugar.
Step2:Rub your hands together to form coarse corn granules.
Step3:Milk, eggs, yeast mix.
Step4:Pour 3 into 2 and knead well. Ferment for half an hour.
Step5:Put half of the peas into the bag.
Step6:Press the left peas again. This is done so that the peas are not exposed to the flour.
Step7:Put it directly on the baking tray and divide it into 8 parts.
Step8:Leave an interval of half an hour in the oven. The oven is not plugged in.
Step9:Take out the egg brush.
Step10:Preheat the oven. 170 ℃ for about 18 minutes.

Cooking tips:Because honey beans are sweet, they have less sugar. If you use other ingredients such as cranberries and raisins, increase the sugar. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
