I used to think that braised pork was not delicious because it was fat and greasy. What I tried this time was not greasy at all. It tasted sweet. It was really delicious. I couldn't help eating one piece after another.
Step1:Cut the streaky pork into pieces and bind them with the leaves. Cut the onion into small pieces. Slice the ginger.
Step2:Take a pot and add some water. Put ginger, scallion and cut streaky pork. Blanch. Bring out the froth after boiling. Then drain the streaky pork. Set aside.

Step4:In another pot, pour oil into the hot pot. When it's 50% hot, put in ginger and scallion to stir fry. Then put in star anise, cinnamon and fragrant leaves to stir fry the fragrance. Then pour in the pork and stir fry.
Step5:Pour in some white wine, sugar and salt and stir fry. Add some water and boil.
Step6:After boiling, pour in the sugar color and stir fry the old soy sauce. Turn the heat to stew until the streaky pork is soft and rotten.
Step7:When the soup in the pot dries quickly, put it on a plate and sprinkle with scallion. The delicious braised pork is finished.
Cooking tips:In the process of frying sugar color, push and stir constantly to avoid sticking to the pot. When the sugar liquid bubbles out, remember to pour hot water along the edge of the pot. Never heat the water in the pot casually to avoid the sugar juice splashing on your face and body. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
