Today, I made the hot noodles and leeks box. I left some dough and leeks and egg stuffing to make the hot noodles and steamed dumplings. Last year, I went back to Inner Mongolia to make this steamed dumpling for my son. My son likes this kind of dumpling very much. I haven't tried to make it for him. Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Add the flour in boiling water in several times. Stir with chopsticks to form floccules. As shown in the figur

  2. Step2:When it's not hot, knead it into dough. Cover it and wake up for 20 minutes.

  3. Step3:After the leeks are washed, drench them with water, cut them into pieces and put them into a container. Add a small amount of cooking oil and mix them evenly. Then the leeks will not come out of water.

  4. Step4:Wash the shrimp skin and drizzle it with water. Put a small amount of oil in the pot and stir fry for a while, then put it out for standby.

  5. Step5:Soak the fungus in warm water after washing. Tear it into small pieces. Add water into the pot. Bring to a boil. Pour in the fungus. Blanch for 1 minute. Remove the fungus immediately in supercooled water. Drizzle the water. Chop and set aside.

  6. Step6:Beat the eggs in the bowl. Use chopsticks to break them up. Add a small amount of cooking oil into the pan. When the oil is 70% warm, pour in the egg liquid and fry the egg cake. Then cut them up and put them in reserve.

  7. Step7:All the ingredients are ready. Start packing.

  8. Step8:Round the dough. Divide it into small equal parts. The size can be based on personal preference. Each of my dough is about 50g.

  9. Step9:Put the fried egg, shrimp skin and fungus in the cut leek container. Mix the seasoning evenly.

  10. Step10:Take a small dough and roll it with a rolling pin. Wrap it with leek and egg stuffing.

  11. Step11:First, pinch the bottom. Then pinch it to the left. Then pinch it to the right. From the beginning to the end.

  12. Step12:That's how it's done. Actually, I've done it for the first time. It's not as hard as I think. Sometimes words can't express. Only after I operate it myself can I know it's really simple. Finish it in turn.

  13. Step13:Add water to the steamer. Put in the steamed dumplings. Bring to a boil over high heat. Turn off the heat 8 minutes after steaming. Keep for 2 minutes.
